|研究领域和兴趣|

       我们量子多维红外 (QMDIR) 光谱实验室正在建设与凝聚相化学, 物理, 和生物学等领域密切相关的飞秒宽带两维红外 (2D IR) 光谱技术。2D IR 光谱具有以超快时间分辨率在化学键水平上测定分子结构的能力。近来的 2D IR 实验和理论研究表明许多非谐性振动参数对分子结构和动力学都很敏感。利用宽带 2D IR 光谱技术, 我们可以研究成对化学基团之间的相对方位及距离, 用于跟踪凝聚相中分子的结构变迁。所得结果将有助于我们认识分子超快结构动力学, 化学反应, 以及蛋白质折叠和聚集等过程。远期目标是在其它波段建立多维光谱技术, 如近红外, 可见, X 射线。

       我们的研究还包括利用现代量子化学计算和 (从头算或经典力学) 分子动力学模拟方法来预测非谐性振动参数, 模拟宽带两维红外光谱 (如图1), 从而在超快时间尺度上描述凝聚相复杂分子的结构变化。
