研究领域和兴趣: (1)超大分子的激发态动力学过程的研究:
利用超快激光光谱技术(fs激光技术,Pump-probe和time-correlated single
photon counting )研究超大分子的光异构化动力学特性。主要有:
以azo等为基础的分子体系系列(包括以此为基础的枝状超大分子体系)
无机和有机复合体系的光致变色体系
光色生物蛋白(bR, GFP等)
单个分子(单个纳米粒子)的激发态动力学特性:利用双光子激光扫描荧光显微镜及其相应的超敏探测手段研究单个分子(单个纳米粒子)的激发态动力学特性。主要有:
单个介孔或微腔中的装填的客体分子或半导体体系与介孔(主体)介质之间的电荷(或电子)转移的超快动力学特性
微晶界面间光诱导的电荷转移及其光生载流子扩散的超快动力学过程?单个生物光色集团(单个光合光系统反应中心)中各色团之间的相互作用
(2)单分子光谱方法及其应用研究:

单个生物大分子(蛋白质、DNA等)的折叠动力学过程
光合作用过程中的状态转换过程中的相关捕光色素蛋白及其调控蛋白的结构与功能的单分子水平研究
